The Rolle Project Dance Company was founded in 2008 by Tyrell V. Rolle, inspired by watching renowned companies like Alvin Ailey and Philadanco as a young man. Today, Studio 305 is proud to be the home of The Rolle Project, a diverse contemporary dance company committed to making a positive impact both in the community and beyond. Our mission is to inspire minority boys and girls to appreciate dance as an art form and help them realize that they too can pursue professional careers as artists.

Dancers in The Rolle Project are carefully selected by the artistic director, Tyrell V. Rolle, for various groups within the company, including Petite, Mini, Emeralds, Gems, Pearls, Jewelz, Sapphire, and the Performance Ensemble.

Dancers attend rehearsals and classes two to three times a week, and all company members are expected to perform. We invite dancers from around the world to join us, encouraging our young performers and showing them that hard work truly pays off.

The Rolle Project Dance Company travels to cities such as Miami, Ohio, Atlanta, California, and Canada, in addition to performing locally in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our performances are held at venues like the Clark County Library Theater and within the Clark County School District (CCSD) and Miami-Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS).
